Following the sweet comeback over Berekum Chelsea, the Ugandan forward Steven Dese Mukwala dedicated the win to Kotoko supporter Augustine Oppong who was shot in the eye following the defeat at home to Berekum Chelsea at the Baba Yara sports stadium last two seasons in a shooting incident in January 2020.
“I dedicate this win to our supporter who lost his eye last season,” he told Startimes.
After scoring, Mukwala Steven has now scored 3goal in 9matches. He has also assisted 3times and won a penalty this season.
He is currently the joint top scorer with 3goals together with Nicholas Mensah.
