Kpando hearts of lions Locks Horns with Adidome unity Stars to kick start the MTN FA cup 2022/23 season, Asante Kotoko, Bechem United, Tamale City, Aduana stars, and other play on boxing day.
The Christmas festive season will be filled with lots of exciting MTN FA Cup Round of 64 matches.
The Round of 64 stage of the competition will be played from Thursday, December 22 – Tuesday, December 27 at various match venues across the country.
It will all start at the Kpando sports stadiums where Kpando hearts of lions host Adidome Unity star on Thursday,22nd December 2022.
Another round of 64 matches will continue on Friday,23rd December 2022 when Walewale Catholic stars travel to Damango Austro turf to play a quest against STK Stars, At the Malik Jabir stadium, Wa power will welcome Maana Fc and will wrap up the day at the Wesley College park where Benab Fc welcome Soccer 4 souls Fc.
On Saturday, 24TH December 2022, Bofowakwa Tano will be at the Sunyani Coronation park where they invite Kasena nan-kana Utd Fc in a fury encounter. At the Adehyiman park, Wamanafo Mighty Royals will play as host to Berekum-based Arsenals. Akosombo Crystal Palace and Okwaku United will lock horns at the Akotex Park and at the El Wak, Coach Maxwell Konadu and his charges will welcome Coach Ibrahim Tanko and his men. Liberty professionals will host Accra Athletic FC at Fred Crentsil Park. The Tema sports stadium will also host MSK Zilina Fc and Koforidua Semper FI FC. Wafa will be in their backyard where they welcome Skyy Fc to the Gomoa Fetteh park and the last match of the day will be at A.A.K II Sports stadium where Nzema Kotoko play against Fijai soccer academy.
On Christmas day, Real Tamale united will be looking forward to presenting their supporters with Christmas gifts when they lock horns with Kumbungu Binbiem FC. B. A united and Debibi United will also be at the Sunyani Coronation park and Kumais Pro players football Academy will play as host to premier league side King Faisal. In Aberankese, Nations Fc and Pac academy will lock horns at the Dr. Kwame Kyei complex.A5 Rences plays Best XI, and Swedru all-blacks fight for the round 32 spots with vipers FC. Kotoku royals will play Na God FC and Swefi All-stars will host Bibiani Goldstars at Dun’s park and finally, Volta Ranger will play Afloa Agbogba Fc.
On boxing day, Tamale city will play against steadfast and Wa Suntaa will face Berekum Chelsea. At the NAB1 park Aduana starts will play a quest to Dormaa Unity FC and Baffour Soccer Academy play GPL newbies Nsoatreman FC at the Nana Konamansah Park(Nsoatre). The top liner will be at the Baba Yara sports stadium as Kumasi Asante Kotoko play against stubborn Bechem united. Golden kicks play Great Olympics and Kenpong Soccer academy travels to play Mysterious Dwarf and the Robert Mensah stadium. In the C.A.M park, Karela United will host Medeama sporting club and Adjoafoaman Fc will play FC Samartex 1996 at Dun’s park.
Round 64 will finish up on Tuesday when Asekem FC plays Dreams FC and Uncle “T” united plays Accra hearts of oak at Fred Crenstil Park.
